Russian State Duma deputy Gennady Zyuganov revealed more details about Putin’s plans for partial mobilization. In a speech, Zyuganov called for sending the newly “mobilized youth” on a short training course.

Zyuganov said that Russian conscripts should be sent on a two-week training course, which he said: “should be sufficient.” However, according to media reports, Russia does not have the infrastructure to train the troops adequately.
