The Colonel can be seen in the video trying to start the captured tank. Before leaving with the advanced Russian tank, the colonel is heard saying, “Damn how it starts, on two batteries.”
T-90: Russia’s Main Battletank and its Failure in Ukraine
The T90 battle tank, which is regarded as one of the world’s deadliest tanks, is the pride of Russia’s military hardware.
It can travel up to 60 km/h, fire a variety of rounds of ammunition, and destroy armored vehicles from a distance of more than 5 km.
However, given that more than 19 of these tanks have already been lost during Russia’s conflict with Ukraine, the design flaw may simply be that it wasn’t intended for urban warfare.
